Deposit, cancellation & rescheduling policy
The $150 deposit is applied to your total trip price and is nonrefundable when you cancel.
To transfer your deposit, contact Freedom II at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup for weekend bookings or 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for weekday bookings.
With the required notice, your deposit may be applied to a replacement trip within 30 days of your original scheduled trip date, subject to date and vehicle availability and confirmation by Freedom II. A transfer does not guarantee availability. Requests made after the notice deadline do not qualify for a deposit transfer.
